Report a work accident online
Here you can report a work accident online. Include details of the accident, it’s severity, how it happened, and who was hurt.
Every year, there are thousands of work accidents in Israel. Many result in in the death of workers. The Safety Health Administration is responsible for work accident reports from employers, safety officers, site managers in construction, and more.
Who needs to report a work accident
Employers must report immediately, to the district safety inspector:
- any accident that happened at the place of work
- that happened while working
- and resulted in more than 3 days loss of ability to work or the death of a worker
Who can use the online report form
You can use the online report form if you are an employer or employed in:
- construction
- industry
- agriculture
- commerce and services
You can be an independent worker or employee.
If you have been in a work accident, your employer must report it. You can also report it.
How to make the report
Report work accidents online.
Include in your report details of the:
- place of the accident
- circumstances of the accident (what happened)
- who was injured
You can also attach:
- photos of the place where the accident happened
- relevant documents relating to the accident
Your report will be handled by the safety and health administration responsible for the area where the accident happened.
