A calculator for calculating the hourly wage value of workers in the security, cleaning, and catering sectors.
This service allows you to calculate the hourly wage value of workers in the security, cleaning, and catering sectors, showing the wage components that make up their hourly rate.
This service allows you to calculate the hourly wage value of workers in the security, cleaning, and catering sectors, showing the wage components that make up their hourly rate, as listed in the regulations. However, there are additional "qualifying event" wage components that must be considered according to the regulations during the contract or at its initiation. This is provided that both parties agree on this in advance and perform the calculation accordingly, such as for travel reimbursements.
Video Tutorial for Using the Calculator
Purpose of the Calculator
The calculator is designed to calculate the hourly wage of workers in various sectors based on the law and extension orders. Its goal is to prevent loss-based bidding and ensure fair base wages for workers.
Who Can Use the Calculator
This service is intended for employers, service clients, and workers, who can calculate the hourly wage value for contractor employees in the fields of security, cleaning, and catering.
How to Use the Calculator
- On the main page of the calculator, you need to enter or select the following data:
- Type of Worker (in the security, cleaning, and catering sectors).
- Years of service at the workplace.
- Number of workdays per week.
- Clarification on whether the hourly wage includes qualifying events (a qualifying event is as per the sector and includes sick pay, holiday pay, and others).
- The basic hourly wage of the employees according to the sector.
2. After clicking the "Calculate" button, the hourly wage value will be calculated.
Service Agreement Between Service Contractors and Clients
Any contract between service contractors and service clients must include the following conditions, according to the law, or else the service clients will be held responsible:
- A breakdown of the wage components to be paid by the contractors to their employees, and the minimum wage cost, which must not be lower than the hourly wage set by the regulations.
- A declaration by the contractors of any additional costs, including profit.
- A commitment by the service clients to pay the contractors an amount not less than the minimum wage cost and the additional costs outlined above.
- Service clients must pay contractors an amount that is not less than the hourly wage.
Important Notes:
- The calculator only includes the wage components listed in the tables in the regulations.
- If additional wage components not included in the calculator are needed, service clients and contractors must make adjustments to the hourly wage and settlements for each worker accordingly.
(In case of any contradiction between the calculation and the regulations, the regulations' provisions take precedence.)
Please note, if there is any difference or conflict between the information on this page and the law, the provisions of the law will apply.
