Who can receive the service
Citizens can contact and submit complaints regarding the services provided by the Ministry of Labor. Complaints are handled by the public inquiries department.
- Do not make inquiries about issues that are being discussed in a court of law or about issues that have been decided in legal proceedings.
- For inquiries about national insurance (Bituah Leumi) contact the National Insurance Institute directly.
- For inquiries about the Israel Employment Service contact the Israel Employment Service directly.
- For inquiries about equal employment opportunities contact the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission directly.
