Filing an online complaint by foreign workers about the violation of their rights to the Commissioner for Foreign Workers at Work
This service allows foreign workers to file a complaint with the Commissioner for Foreign Workers regarding violations of their rights during employment or at its termination, and to receive a response concerning their rights.

Who can file a complaint?
- Employees who believe their rights have been violated or who have not received all of their entitled rights.
- Anyone who wishes to file a complaint against employers, in the event of a suspected violation of labor laws.
The service is available and accessible in several languages: Hebrew, English and Arabic.
What documents should be attached to the complaint?
- First and last name of the complaining employees.
- Contact telephone number.
- Employer details (name, address, name of direct manager and phone number).
- A brief description of the complaint.
- Documents related to employment.
- For an anonymous complaint (without a name), attaching identifying information is not required.
How to submit a complaint
- You must enter the complaint submission form for foreign workers and select the "Submit a complaint" option.
- Fill out the details in the online form (which can be completed without identification) and submit it.
- Those who submit the complaint will receive a complaint number, which can be printed or saved on their computer.
- To fill out the complaint, no government identification is required.
- You can submit either an anonymous (unnamed) complaint or one with your personal details, according to your choice

- Once the complaint is received in the system, it will be reviewed.
- After reviewing the complaint, the Ministry representatives will contact the employees, if needed, to complete the necessary documents for addressing the complaint.
- The complaint will be handled and the employees will receive updates on its status.
