Get a national civic service certificate at a self service stand

You can print out a certificate that shows you have served in or completed national civic service for free at a self service stand, if you have a biometric ID card. You'll need your biometric ID and password, or your biometric ID and a credit card in your name to verify it's you.

To print a national civic service certificate:

go to a self service stand
use your biometric ID card and enter:
- your biometric ID password, or
- your ID number and your credit card number to verify it’s you

Your credit card must be in your name. It won’t be charged
