Apply for security organizer licence
Use this service to apply for a security organizer licence.
To apply you must have a criminal record check. The private investigators and security services licensing committee will check if there are criminal investigations or proceedings against you
You must pay the annual security guard licence fee after receiving your licence, and when annually renewing your licence.
You can pay securely online or at the postal bank.

Note
This services and forms are provided in Hebrew. If you don't speak Hebrew, seeking assistance from a Hebrew speaker is recommended.
- After your application is processed the licensing committee will make a criminal background check and evaluate your application to decide whether to grant the licence.
- If the committee is considering to deny your application you will be invited to a hearing to hear their reasons and be given the opportunity to respond.
- If your application has been granted, you will be notified and sent a licence fee payment voucher.
- Your licence will become valid once you have paid the licence fee.
- The application handling time is approximately one month.
- If your licence application is denied, you can appeal the committee’s decision at a magistrate court.
