Use this service to request a refund for a foreign worker in the nursing sector permit or dependency evaluation.
Who can request a refund
Employers of foreign workers in the nursing sector can receive refunds by credit card or bank transfer.
When can you request a refund
An application to cancel the permit was sent before the permit was issued, or the employer of the care worker passed away before the permit was issued.
The employer paid for an extension of the permit, but passed away before the previous permit expired.
The employer made more than one payment, or the permit was still valid.
The payment was made for someone who did not receive a dependency evaluation.
What you need
Your payment slip or copy of payment receipt.
The service is free of charge.
How to request the refund
- For credit card refunds, fill in and submit the online credit card refund request. The refund can be made to the account from which the payment was made (currently supported in Explorer only).
- For refunds by bank transfer, print the bank transfer refund request form, attach the required documents and fax everything to 08-9314103 or 153-8-622-6372.
Notes
- The refund will be made to the person in need of care or to a family member.
- This service and forms are provided in Hebrew. If you don't speak Hebrew, seeking assistance from a Hebrew speaker is recommended.
