Schedule an appointment at the visa department

Use this online service to schedule an appointment at the Population and Immigration Authority visa department.
You cannot use this service to schedule an appointment for biometric document services.

How to schedule an appointment

Enter the online s cheduler.
Choose your preferred language by clicking on the globe icon at the top-left of the form.
Enter your personal information and contact information.
Enter your location (city and street).
On the "Type of service" tab in the "Responsible office" field, choose your preferred branch.
Select the service type - Setting an appointment or Information request.
Leave more details in the Notes field.
Send.

A service representative will get back to you to schedule an appointment.

The service is free of charge

Note

The form is provided in English and Hebrew. To switch language click on the globe icon on the top of the form. Some of the fields on the form are in Hebrew. If you don't speak Hebrew, seeking assistance from a Hebrew speaker is recommended.
