You'll need:
- an employer letter of commitment
- medical insurance
- a letter of commitment not to cancel the medical insurance
- a recommendation from the Employment Service
You may be required to submit additional documents.

How to apply
- Download, print and fill in the Request to extend a stay permit or work permit for a foreign worker form (Heb)
- Submit the application together with the required documents in person at your local Population and Immigration office.

This service and forms are provided in Hebrew. If you don’t speak Hebrew, seeking assistance from a Hebrew speaker is recommended.
