Report and pay your company annual tax report 2020 - Form 1214
Companies and cooperatives (such as kibbutzim) can file their annual income tax return online.
You need a smart card to apply online.
Companies and that have an income tax file for the relevant tax year, including cooperatives, that have a smart card.
The company representatives can apply on their behalf. Licensed:
- accountants
- tax consultants
- lawyers
Attach to your report:
- financial reports
- the relevant appendices - see ‘Appendices you’ll need to submit’ for details
- original receipts from donations recognized under section 46
- certificates of withholding tax
Complete and attach the relevant appendices to your annual report.

Submit the report and appendices online with a valid smart card
You can view a paper copy of the report – you cannot use it to file a report
- Complete the online form
- print it
- sign it
- attach the required appendices and documents.
- submit 2 copies of the report and all appendices and documents to an income tax assessor office
Make sure that on submission, your report has received a submission confirmation
What happens next
After submitting the report to the assessor’s office, you’ll be sent a notice in the mail, detailing the income and tax calculation:
- if you’re owed a tax rebate it’ll be paid into the bank account on record with the Tax Authority
- if you owe tax, you’ll need to pay it to the Tax Authority
