Apply for a Ministry of Agriculture import quota licence
Importers can use this service to request an import quota licence.
How to apply
- Enter the online Import quota licence application form.
- Complete the importer details: Company name and personal details.
- Complete the goods details: Quota number, customs details, description of goods, currency of purchase , value in currency of purchase, quantity and price per unit.
- Complete the supplier and shipping details: country of manufacture, country of purchase, country of export, mode of entry into Israel, name of manufacturers, name of suppliers.
- Attach the required documents.
- Submit the form online.
Required documents
- Income tax authority and VAT authorization of bookkeeping.
- Deduction of tax at source authorization.
- Accountant authorization for industry quantities for the last two years.
- Bill of lading or entry.
Guidelines for attaching documents
- You can attach gif, jpeg, jpg, tiff, tif, bpm, pdf, doc, and docx. files
- Maximum single document upload size: 800KB.
- Maximum total size of all uploaded documents: 6MB.
