This service makes it possible to pay the Plant Protection fees of the Ministry of Agriculture.
The Plant Protection and Inspection Services are a competent authority and an enforcement arm in the field of plant protection, authorized to issue international certificates necessary for trade in agricultural products.
This service allows you to pay, inter alia, for services such as health certificates, export certificates for organic produce, quality tests, purchase of professional literature, etc.

You must be in the possession of an identity card number, or a private company number.
In the case of a commercial company, the bill of lading number, if relevant.

Fees can be paid online at the Government Payment Website, using a credit card or by online bank transfer.
The Postal Bank
The fee can be paid at the Postal Bank.
Payment at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security
Payment can be made at the treasurer's office at the Administration Department of the Plant Protection and Inspection Services in the Rishon Lezion Agricultural Campus (Beit Dagan).
The treasury operates from Sunday to Thursday. Public reception from 8:30 to 14:30.
