Terms and Conditions for Obtaining the Service

Those interested in importing organic produce to Israel or exporting organic plant produce produced in the State of Israel to European Union countries or the United States must meet the following requirements: The Law for the Regulation of Organic Produce, 5765 - 2005 and the regulations enacted thereunder.

The Main Requirements

• Products must bear the uniform organic symbol and the control symbol. It is prohibited to use the word that is used in the country of origin to label organic produce, unless it bears the uniform organic symbol and the control symbol.
• The authority to mark organic produce with symbols is only granted to holders of a permit to use the control symbol, pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 and in accordance with the terms of the permit.
