Filing a report or complaint about animal abuse or neglect

This service allows you to file a report or complaint about animal abuse or neglect.
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security affords great importance to animal welfare and therefore calls on the public to report animal abuse or neglect.
Note:
You have two options: Report or complaint.
What is the difference between them?
If you have been exposed to animal abuse or neglect, please report it using the 'Report Animal Abuse or Neglect' service. This report does not require your involvement in handling the request. We will examine it in depth, and depending on the circumstances, the report will be handled.

However, if you want to be involved, provide additional information upon request, and provide testimony if necessary. Please file a complaint. An anonymous complaint will not allow for your involvement in the handling of the matter.
