Foreign nationals who received status in Israel based on the spousal relationship to an Israel citizen, and have since divorced.

Apply in person at your local Population and Immigration Authority office.

Notes
- If after your divorce the graduated procedure for status was stopped, the application for status will be forwarded to the inter-ministerial committee for granting a status on humanitarian grounds.
- If the graduated procedure was stopped under other circumstances, and there are other special humanitarian reasons to be considered the application will be reviewed on its merits as an exception.
- You may be required to submit relevant documents, depending on the circumstances.
