Apply to correct a typographical error in the Land Registry in Judea and Samaria
This service enables applicants to correct a typographical error in the Land Registry.
A typographical error in the registry is an error in specific letters or the numbers appearing in the Land Registry record.
- A current version of the record.
- A valid power of attorney.
- A letter providing information about the error that needs to be corrected, together with documents attesting to the substance of the requested correction.
- Any other document that the Land Registrar may require to complete the transaction.
The post
You must send the application documents to the bureau of the officer in charge of the Legal Department and the Land Registry, P. O. 46, Civil Administration in the Judea and Samaria Region.
Office hours
You must submit the application form at the bureau of the officer in charge of the Legal Department and Land Registration at the Civil Administration in the Judea and Samaria region (Beit El).
- The application is stamped “Received,” together with the date and the location of the bureau office.
- The application will be examined, and an answer given to the applicants if the act is approved.
- If the application is not approved, a letter stating the reasons for its rejection will be sent to the applicants.
- The approval or letter will be sent via the Israel Post to the applicants’ address. Alternatively, they will be able to receive the approval or letter at the bureau office during office hours.
- Handling time for the application: Up to three months from the date on which the documents are received.
