Apply for a permit to hold explosives for construction in Judea and Samaria
Use the service to apply online for a permit, or to renew a permit, to hold explosives for civilian use, such as building, land development, and quarrying, in Judea and Samaria.
Private individuals or companies can apply using the online application.
Attach:
- the company registration details
- the contract with a subcontractor
- the explosion director's license
- a letter of appointment / power of attorney from the contractor
- the contract with the supplier
- a list of vehicles involved
- the security company details
- the contract with a security company
- a security permit for Judea and Samaria
- permit for transportation and security of explosives in the Judea and Samaria area from the head of the civilian branch
- a photocopy of ID cards of everyone involved
- an up-to-date measurement map in DWG format signed by a quarry surveyor
- a preliminary aerial photograph
- approval from a municipal authority
- a staff officer for water and electricity order
- insurance coverage
- details of the explosive's supplier
- for quarries located in Areas A or B, a quarrying license from the Palestinian Authority
- you can also attach a work permit with an explosive's contractor
- any other document required by the Commissioner of Explosives, if required
There is no service fee.
