Use this service to file an appeal against the non-issuance of building permits or to object to a construction plan in Judea and Samaria.
Who can file an appeal
- Companies
- Local councils
- Municipalities
- Private individuals
- Lawyers
You can file an appeal:
- against decisions of a local committee to refuse:
- issuance of a building permit
- land planning approval
- grant of approval on conditions
- of a person who has suffered damage as a result of granting a building permit to another person
What to attach
Attach:
- minutes of a local committee
- an affidavit made by a lawyer
- wrote of objection
- additional documents relevant to appeal or objection
The service is free of charge
How to apply
Complete and submit the appeal or objection online, attaching the required documents
Appeals can be filed within a month of a local committee decision
Objections can be filed:
- within 2 months from the date of publication of the notice regarding the submission of the plan
- within the determined timeframe, as set in special cases by the District Committee
