Who can apply

Entrepreneurs and companies interested in establishing an economic project in Judea and Samaria.

What you need

Include the following details and documents in your application:

• Personal details: address, telephones, ID card
• Details of the area, block and plot on which the project is to be built
• Coordinates according to the new Israel network (NCM), the road number, and the jurisdiction on which the project will be built.
• A letter describing the project in all its stages
• The amount of investment in the project and the estimated number of employees
• If the venture is a gas station - a certificate from a source and hydrology company
• Approval of ownership (extract) from the Civil Administration or consent of owners, in accordance with presentation of original ownership documents. Specify if the lands are state-owned
• 1: 50,000 scale environmental map (in the new network including coordinates and a topographic map), which include a radius of at least 2.5 kilometers within the boundaries of the site with the following marked:
  • Measurement map at a scale of 1: 500 or 1: 250, signed by a certified surveyor and prepared according to the measurement regulations. The plot will be measured in full, including the marking of the requested site and a measurement of the surrounding area within a radius of up to 50 meters and access roads to the plot.
• For a regulated area, attach a section of the block map with the neighboring plots. For an unregulated area, attach a section of the fiscal map must be attached.
• Marking of the boundaries of the requested area and the existing area, including the application area
• Access roads to the area from a proposed or existing public road to the access junction, including a traffic plan, slopes and cross slices
• Details of the uses of the land surrounding the requested site (agricultural cultivation, residential, commercial, unused rocky soil, etc.)
• Preliminary program of the areas needed for the operation of the plant and the production processes
• If you are a company or an authorized dealer, attach:
• Approval of the Registrar of Companies
• Articles of Association
• A criminal record check from the police

What happens next

If the application is approved in principle to advance a planning procedure, the developers will be referred to a Planning Bureau representative for further processing.
