How to get your new ID slip

You can get your new ID slip for free in one of the following ways:

• If you haven't registered, you'll need to register first
• You can find your downloadable digital ID under "Personal information"

Apply online - your new ID slip will be sent to your registered address.

You'll need:

• your ID number
• an email or phone number to contact you if necessary

Print your ID slip at a self service stand

You'll need:

• your biometric ID card
• your password or a credit card in your name to verify it's you (you won't be charged)
