Joining our pool of experts
This service allows you to submit an application to join the Vocational Training Division of the Ministry of Tourism's pool of experts. Registration to the service is done through the Government Identification System.
The Vocational Training Division of the Ministry of Tourism seeks to improve and professionalize the human capital of the Israeli tourism industry through vocational training. The Vocational Training Division leads the standardization of professional certification in tourism-related professions and encourages the development of academic training, professionalization and touristic-oriented formal education.
To achieve the above objectives, the Vocational Training Division of the Ministry of Tourism aspires to create a professional pool of consultants, lecturers and experts in tourism-related fields and division projects. The department collaborates with experts who can advise and assist in examining training content, curricula, institutions' profiles, lecturers and instructors, student admission criteria, supervision and monitoring of courses operation - within professional training fields like hotels, travel agencies and more. Furthermore, the division is assisted by experts in conducting advanced training activities for travel guides, certification exams, etc.
Who can apply to join our pool of experts
Consultants, lecturers, exam writers, examiners and supervisors in the tourism business, who are registered in the Procurement Administration, according to directive 2.2.7.7 of the Finance and Economy Ordinance.
The service is provided free of charge
