Bar / Bat Mitzva Application Form
The Ministry of Tourism grants Bar/Bat Mitzvah certificates to tourists, visiting Israel as part of their Bar/Bat Mitzvah trip with their family.
In order to receive the Bar/Bat Mitzvah certificate, complete the appplication form at least two weeks before the event.
