Apply for Israeli citizenship for children (under 18) who are Israeli residents

Parents can use this service to apply for Israeli citizenship for their children who are under 18 and are Israeli residents, if their center of life is in Israel.

A parents can apply for their children who are under 18 if at least one parent is an Israeli citizen.
The child's center of life must be in Israel.
Both parents must grant their consent.

An affidavit regarding the consequences of obtaining Israeli citizenship in addition to existing citizenship
Consent from both parents:
- In Israel – consent can be given in person at a Population Authority office or by notarized declaration
- Abroad - consent can be given in person at an Israeli mission or by notarized declaration made by a notary that has been authorized by the Israeli mission
If the parents are divorced, you can submit a court order of sole guardianship to the applying parent instead of the other parent's consent
