Pay fines for use of cannabis

Pay, request a hearing or request to cancel the fine

You can:

• pay within 60 days of receiving of the fine. If the deadline for payment is not a working day, you can pay on the following working day
• ask for a hearing within 30 days of receiving the fine
• apply to cancel the fine due to: "The circumstances of the case as a whole, are not suitable for opening an investigation or for prosecution," within 30 days of receiving the fine

Check the status of a fine

Call 110 to check the status of a fine at the Israel Police National Information Center 
The call center operates an automated response system 24 hours a day.
For an operator, call Sunday to Thursday, from 8am to 4pm.

How to pay a fine

You can pay with a credit card, by bank transfer or in cash, from 72 hours after receiving the fine.

To pay online you’ll need your fine number.

Credit card

• For one item, you can pay up to ILS 35,000 with regular credit or adjusted interest credit payments
• For more than one item, you can pay up to ILS 15,000 per item for unlimited items with regular credit or adjusted interest credit payments
• In any other case, you can only pay with adjusted interest credit payments

Bank transfer

• You can pay by bank transfer in the following banks: Bank Leumi, Discount Bank, Bank Hapoalim, Union Bank, Bank Otsar Hahayal, Mercantile Bank, Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank, U-Bank, First International Bank, Bank Massad and Poalei Agudat Israel Bank. 
• You’ll need to be registered to your bank’s online service and have approval for payment to third parties. For large payments, we recommend talking to your bank in advance.
