Pay coronavirus fines (for violations of the Coronavirus Public Health Order)
You can pay coronavirus fines online, by phone, or at a post office. If you’re in isolation you must not leave to pay a fine.
If you’ve been given a fine for violating a coronavirus order, you can:
- pay online within 60 days, or, if the final day for payment is a day of rest or a legal holiday, the following day
- appeal the fine or request a hearing within 30 days
You can check the status of a fine by calling 110, 24 hours for the automated system, or Sunday to Thursday, from 8am to 4pm for a service operator.
How to pay
You can pay from 72 hours after receiving the fine:
- online with a credit card – you’ll need the fine number
- by phone with a credit card to * 35592 and 073-2055000 – you’ll need the fine number
- at a post office in cash – you’ll need one of the following:
- the fine report
- your ID card
- your passport
You must not leave isolation to pay a fine!
