Get assistance integrating into the Israeli science community and job market
The Ministry for Aliyah and Integration Center for Integration in Science can provide assistance in integrating into Israel's science community and job market. You must have a master's degree in science, or higher, and be eligible to receive Israeli citizenship, to apply.
New immigrants and returning residents with a Master of Science degree (MSc), equivalent degree, or higher, can receive mentoring, guidance and assistance in finding work in Israel's public sector, private sector or academia or research positions in academia.
The assistance is provided pre-Aliyah/Return and continues after making Aliyah/returning.
Who can apply
You can get assistance if you:
- Are eligible for Israeli citizenship. To find out if you are eligible, contact your nearest Jewish Agency.
- Have a Master of Science degree (MSc), equivalent degree, or higher, and meet the Center for Integration in Science's criteria for being recognized as a "Scientist".
What you need
- A copy of your highest academic degree certificate.
- Details of published academic and professional work.
- Your CV.
- A rough outline of your Aliyah plans:
- What field you are interested in working in.
- Where you think you would like to live in Israel.
- Whether you are making Aliyah with family.
The service is free of charge.

- A Center for Integration representative will get back to you by email to continue the process and help with your Aliyah plans.
