Receive assistance in establishing or developing a business from the Business Center for New Immigrants and Returning Residents
New immigrants and returning residents can use this service to apply for assistance in establishing a business or developing an existing business, from the Business Center for New Immigrants and Returning Residents (Maalot).
The Ministry of Aliyah and Integration Program for Promoting Innovation provides assistance for new immigrants and returning residents who are interested in opening a new business or developing an existing business, through designated business centers.
What assistance can you receive
- Assistance mapping needs and receipt of preliminary opinions.
- Developing business models for establishing, planning or developing an existing business.
- Assistance in preparing business plans for financing.*
- Assistance in preparing business plans for start-ups.*
- Advice and business training in entrepreneurship and taxation for establishing or developing businesses.
- Professional workshops in a variety of fields.*
- Visiting existing business for identifying needs for assistance.

How much does it cost
Participation in preparation of a business model costs 250 NIS. All other assistance is provided free of charge.
Anyone who meets one of the following criteria can apply for the business assistance:
