Apply to register foreign workers in the agriculture, hotel or nursing sectors who have not regulated their status in Israel in over 90 days
Employers can use this service to register foreign workers in the agriculture agriculture, hotel or nursing sectors who ended their previous employment more than 90 days ago.
Who can apply
Employers in the following sectors:
- agriculture
- hotel
- nursing care
who:
- have a valid employment permit
- are interested in employing a foreign worker who has not regulated their status for over 90 days since their last employment.
There is no application fee
How to apply
- Complete the online application
- Attach:
- a letter of explanation detailing why the foreign worker did not regulate their status in Israel within the 90 days
- a passport photo of the foreign worker
- Submit the application online
Your application will be considered. If it’s approved you’ll be sent a notification for payment.
