Public Inquiries in Domains Managed by the Ministry of Health
This service provides information on the submission of inquiries and complaints by the public in general areas under the responsibility of the Ministry of Health and allows the public to submit them.
You can contact the Ministry of Health with any claim, complaint, comment, request, clarification, proposal, or letter of thanks in all non-clinical matters related to the activities of the Ministry of Health and the health system. For example: treatment quality, medical staff attitude, service hours, availability of physicians, coordination between different parties in the system, accessibility of service and more.

Who can submit an inquiry
The service is for the general public.
What should be attached to the inquiry
The inquiry should be as detailed as possible. The following details must be included in a complaint:
- Chain of events.
- Identification details of the complainants including ID.
- Name of the victims including ID (if the victims are not those submitting the inquiry).
- Contact details of the persons submitting the inquiry (name, mailing address, telephone number – preferably mobile phone and e-mail address).
- If the persons submitting the inquiry are not the victims – please attach a power of attorney given by the victims, as there is concern of revealing personal or sensitive information.
For your information:
- As part of the complaint review, complainant names will be passed on to the body or entity about which the complaint is made.
- If you wish to remain anonymous:
- Please state this explicitly.
- It is possible to submit an anonymous complaint in cases where the complaint is general and not personal, but in any case – if you want to ensure that the complaint is anonymous, you must indicate this in the inquiry.

Processing the inquiry
- The aim of the department is to finish processing inquiries within fourteen days of receiving them.
- In case it is not possible to respond immediately – a confirmation letter will be sent within four days with a brief explanation of the planned review procedure.
