Apply for permission to use the 'Made in Israel' label
Manufacturers can use this service to register for and use the 'Made in Israel' label.
Who can apply
Any Israeli manufacturer, including those who are not members of the Manufacturers Association, can apply to receive the 'Made in Israel' label.
You must meet the 'Made in Israel' conditions for businesses manufacturing 'Made in Israel' products according to the 'Made in Israel' label procedure.
You don't need to pay for the right to use a "Made in Israel" label
What you need
Submit the following documents with your application, depending on the type of product:
Industrial products
Submit:
- a signed opinion on the amount of Israeli made components of the product:
- for limited (Ltd) companies - an accountant's statement (opinion)
- for an authorized dealers or exempt dealers - an accountant or tax consultant's statement (opinion)
- a product list in excel format:
- download the attached excel file
- enter the products you want a "Made in Israel' label for (products that are not included in the list will not be permitted to have a "Made in Israel' label)
- enter, exactly according to the format, product names and barcodes or catalogue numbers in appropriate columns (barcodes are preferred, for future collaborations with commercial platforms)
Agricultural produce
Submit:
- a signed manufacturer's declaration for the right to use a "Made in Israel" label on agricultural produce
- a signed accountant's declaration (opinion) on the amount of Israeli made components of the product
The right to use the 'Made in Israel' label is free of charge.
How to apply
- Download, complete and save the required documents - save as a digital copy
- Complete the online application, including the details of the business and products
- Attach the product list and required documents - make sure they are signed, where necessary
- Submit the application
If your application is approved, you'll be emailed approval to use the 'Made in Israel' label and the 'Made in Israel' graphics.
You can only use the 'Made in Israel' label on your website and packaging, after receiving approval.
