How to Submit a Report
1. Complete the online form Report Misleading Health or Medical Information on Social Media to the Ministry of Health
The form includes:
- A brief explanation of who the form is for
- A field to describe the content you want to report – optional
- A field to enter a link to the content you want to report – required
- A field to attach a screenshot of the content you want to report – optional
2. After completing the form, attach any supporting documents and submit.
The form is submitted anonymously – no personal information is required.
Next Steps After Submitting a Report
- Once submitted, the report is reviewed by the Ministry.
- If necessary, the Ministry may contact reporters who included their contact information for follow-up.
