Renew a shooting range supervisor’s license
Use this service to renew a shooting range supervisor’s license before it expires.
Conditions for renewing the license
- You can renew a firearm license from three months before it expires until the expiry date.
- The license will only be renewed after payment of the license fee and completion of a professional course.
How to renew a shooting range supervisor’s license
- Three months before the license expiry date, you will receive a text message or email reminding you to renew the license. Remember, renewal of the license is the responsibility of the license holder. You must complete the renewal process before your license expires.
- Pay the license fee - NIS 61 per year or part of a year. You must print and keep the payment confirmation with the other required documents.
- Print the license renewal forms, including the following:
- Health declaration.
- Temporary license (becomes valid only after completion of the renewal process)
- Send this health declaration, signed by your doctor, to the Firearm Licensing Department Service Center:
- You must register and participate in a theoretical training day. Details of registration will be published here before the renewal date.
- Once the process has been completed, the permanent license will be sent to the postal address you gave. If you did not specify a postal address, the license will be sent to the address shown in the Population Register.
Notes
- The theoretical training day is intended solely for shooting range supervisors with a valid license.
- Shooting range supervisor licenses that are not renewed on time will expire.
- Shooting range supervisors whose licenses have expired and who wish to renew the license, must pay for and complete training independently, with a senior trainer who is authorized to give courses and training and recognized by the Ministry of Public Security.
- Supervisors who have not renewed their licenses for over three years must submit a new application and undergo new training by participating in a course for shooting range supervisors.
