Declare a real estate transaction by a person not represented
This service allows to submit an online statement about a real estate tax transaction, for those who are not represented by a lawyer.
Starting April 1, 2025, the Tax Authority allows citizens who are not represented by a lawyer to submit a declaration on a real estate transaction online.
Submitting the online declaration replaces the need to come to the regional office and submit the declaration using a "public computer" and verify the signature by a tax clerk in praise.
Who Can Submit the Form
Anyone who has made a real estate transaction and is not represented by a lawyer.
What To Attach
The following documents must be attached:
- A sales agreement
- Taboo draft/Authorization of Rights
- Other documents related to the transaction
How To Submit
- A couple makes one statement.
One spouse fulfills the statement in full and then transfers the contact number received to the other spouse.
The second spouse must enter this page for the purpose of continuing reporting and sending it to receive the report in the regional office.
Immediately afterwards, a mole number is obtained. - Number of purchasers or sellers - each must enter the system independently and report on his part of the transaction.
