o Compliance with the criteria is reviewed by the Inter-Ministerial Committee. If the application is approved, it is forwarded to the Ministry of Communications for further processing.

Notes
- A business quick dial number (asterisk and 4 digits) is allocated according to the service portfolio – a business quick dial number through land line based domestic telephony service operator licensees only, or through another entity acting on behalf of the licensees. A business quick dial number is not allocated by the Ministry of Communications.
- Any other number that begins with an asterisk and is not in the business quick dial number format will be allocated in accordance with the numbering plan to general licensees according to a numbering application form to a licensed service provider and for their use only.
- • The numbering will be used solely for the purpose defined in the allocation document and in accordance with the license (in the case of licensees) or the communications regulations (for those registered in the registry).
- • The telephone number database is a limited national resource. The allocation of telephone numbers was restricted under Section 5 a of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742 - 1982 for use only, without transfer of proprietary rights.
