This service provides personal medical information and allows parents to schedule appointments for a Family Care Center (Tipat Halav in Hebrew) through an app, as well as receive reminders and relevant information.

- The service is intended for families receiving care at family care centers operated by the Ministry of Health or the Jerusalem Municipality.

How to Use the App
Download the app from the app store:
Children who have received care at a family care center (tipat halav) in the past two years are registered automatically.
If you have trouble signing in, you can contact our hotline at *5400 (extension 9) to complete signing up.
Identification is required each time you sign in to the app.
