Submission grant application for evacuated residents
The service allows residents who were evacuated from their place of residence to submit applications for grants. The first and second phases of an organization grant, for the purpose of continuation of the evacuation/renewal and for the purpose of preparing for the holidays.
Who can submit the application
- Residents aged 18 and over, who have vacated or been evacuated from their place of residence to another place of residence, starting on October 7, 2023. Children who have not yet reached the age of 18 will be included in their parents request.
- Children over the age of 18 will be considered as a separate family and will apply separately.
Organization grant - first phase
- those whose permanent residence is up to 7 kilometers from the Gaza Strip are eligible for the first phase organizing grant (according to Government Decision 950 of 12.10.23).

Organization grant - second phase
- Those whose permanent residence is up to 7 km from the Gaza Strip and up to 3 km from the Lebanese border are eligible for the second phase organization grant. (According to government decision 1110 of 12.3.23).
The frontier localities eligible to the second phase are the frontier localities that are eligible to the first phase, Below is the list of eligible localities:
Avivim, Ibn Menachem, Adamit, Ilon, Betzt, Bar'am, Beit Hillel, Goren, Garnot, Doviv, Dishon, Dafna, Dan, HaGosherem, Zer'it, Hanita, Yiftah, Ya'era, Yaraon, Kfar Giladi, Kfar Yuval, Liman, Metula, Malkiah, Menara, Ma'ayan Baruch, Mitzovah, Margaliot, Mishgav Am, Matt, Netua, Sasa, Arab El Aramsha, Tsebon, Kiryat Shmona, Rosh Hankara, R'agar, Ramot Naftali, Shaar Yeshav, Shumra, Shlomi, Snir, Shtula.

- (According to a government decision of 17.04.2024) those whose permanent place of residence is in the frontier localities whose evacuation or renewal has been extended until 7.7.2024, except for the communities that do not have a security barrier to return to them as specified in Government Resolutions 1193 and 1478, were evacuated from their homes and did not return to them until the date of the decision.

When to apply
- Submission is by the following dates:
- Organizing Grant, first phase until 15.12.23 (The submission is over).
- Organizing Grant, second phase until 31.12.23 (The submission is over).
- An organization grant for the purpose of continuation of the evacuation/renewal and for the purpose of preparing for the holidays - until May 21, 2024.
The amount of the grant
1,000 NIS per person, up to 5,000 NIS per family (parents and their children who have not yet reached the age of 18).
How to apply
It is necessary to fill out the online Submission application form for an organizing grant for evacuated residents.
- One single application should be submitted per family; the application will be submitted by one of the spouses
- In order to ensure that the grant funds reach those entitled to them, the Israel Tax Authority will check that the bank account is verified in the Israel Tax Authority's records. If the bank account is not verified, the Israel Tax Authority will send the details for verification with the bank. It will be possible to fill out the application again after 12 hours.
- If the system does not allow you to submit an application and you believe that the information held by the Israel Tax Authority is inaccurate, It is possible to contact the online information and services center at *4954.
What happens next
Upon receipt of the application, the Israel Ta Authority will check the data and pay the grant money within 3 business days.
