Pay for a biometric ID card for Palestinians who are residents of the Palestinian territories
Palestinians living in the Palestinian can pay to issue of a smart (biometric) ID card online, at Civil Administration post office, Menta gas station or by bank transfer. The ID is used together with various entry permits.

You can:
- pay online before going to a Civil Administration service center to get the ID card. You’ll need to print your receipt and bring it with you
Make an appointment using the Almonsk app to ensure receipt of service on the same day and short waiting times.
- at a Civil Administration post office in:
- Beit El
- Kfar Akev (in the of government offices compound at the Qalandiya crossing)
You’ll get a biometric ID card payment voucher when you’re there
- at a Menta gas station with a biometric ID card payment voucher
- by bank transfer at a Cairo-Amman Bank branch. you’’ll need to get a biometric ID card payment voucher first
You can get with a biometric ID card payment voucher at your local DCO.
