What’s planned in your area – The XPLAN system for locating online plans
XPLAN displays all master plans submitted to planning authorities across Israel. The system, allows you to view plans within your area of interest free of charge, track their current status, and obtain an up-to-date overview of both present and future developments.

Who Can Use the Website
Use of the website is open to the general public. The system displays all plans within the users' area of interest, as well as a list of future plans.
Instructions for System Use
- In the upper right section of the screen, multiple search options are available, allowing users to search by plan number, plan name, plot area, housing units, and land designation.
- In the upper left section of the page, users can zoom into a specific area of interest by entering an address.
- Clicking to access the plan’s information sheet will provide all of its details: processing stages (including discussions and protocols), and plan documents—such as regulations, statutory maps (tashrit), appendices, and others.
- From the plan details screen, geographic files can be downloaded for integration into GIS systems.
This service is provided free of charge.
Notes
- The data on the website is updated once a day.
- Raw data is available for free consumption using various tools.
- The website displays detailed online plans only.
- The online system was launched on different dates in each district; therefore, certain plans currently in progress may not appear.
