Make an appointment with the absorption counselor to receive Ministry of Aliyah and Integration services
This service enables new immigrants or returning residents to schedule an appointment with their absorption counselor in order to receive the Ministry's services.
At this stage, it is possible to make an appointment at the following service locations:
Local Offices - Ashdod, Beer Sheva , Upper Galilee (Carmiel), Hadera, Haifa, Jerusalem, Nof HaGalil VeHaAmakim (Upper Nazareth), Petach Tikva, Rishon LeTzion, Tel Aviv
Branch Offices - Ashkelon, Eilat, the Krayot, Naharia, the Sharon (Cfar Sava), Holon, Rehovot, The Shfela (Ramle) Branch.
In regions where one cannot arrange an appointment through the app please turn to the National information call center in order to arrange an appointment: *2994
Cases in which it is not necessary to make an appointment:
- Submitting a request for examining eligibility as a returning resident for someone who has Israeli citizenship who has spent at least two years abroad.
- Submitting a request for examining eligibility as a new immigrant for someone who received the new immigrant status in Israel.
- Submitting a request for examining eligibility as an immigrant citizen for someone born abroad to an Israeli parent who has an Israeli ID number.
- Submitting a request for examining eligibility as a returning minor for someone who left Israel before the age of 14.

You can choose the type of appointment: an appointment by phone call or a visit in person at a service point.
There are some topics about which you can schedule an appointment by phone call only, and other topics about which you can schedule a visit in person only, at one of the service points.
Soldiers – you should choose the service point at which you want to receive the Ministry's services.

Change or cancellation of appointment
- It is possible to cancel by phone through the Information Center at the number *2994
- It is possible to cancel through the website and the app Myvisit for those who are registered with the service.
- To change the scheduled appointment, cancel the existing appointment and set a new one.
It is possible to schedule only one future appointment at a service point.
