Authorization of Rights

For whom is the service intended?

Any person or representative is eligible to submit a request to receive an authorization of rights or notification regarding the registration of rights to properties that belong to him or to others.

Online Authorization of Rights

Authorization of rights includes a description of the land, landowners and their rights, as well as liens, transactions registered on the land and other comments.  The online authorization of rights is signed with a secured digital signature and will constitute the original extract.  A printed copy will not be considered an official extract.

Cost of the Service

Issuance of the authorization of rights involves a charge of NIS 81, by credit card only.  The authorization of rights will be sent to the personal area and to the email of the applicant.

Notification of the Registration of Rights to the Property

Regarding a property also managed by a mortgage company or occupancy party – notification regarding registration of rights in the property will be issued that does not constitute a legal and binding authorization of rights.  To receive an authorization of rights for theses properties, contact the party that manages the property.  An online notification of registration of rights to the property that is signed with a secured digital signature will constitute an original extract.  A printed copy will not be considered an official extract.

Issuance of notification of the registration of rights to the property does not involve a charge and will be sent to the personal area and to the email of the applicant.

• For a property registered in the Land Registration Office (Tabu) – Contact the Land Registration Office directly to receive a registration extract.
• Authorization of rights or notification regarding registration of rights to the property do not constitute authorization of uses that are not regulated.
