Propety Information Page

The Authority manages a database that is open to the public.  The information  includes identifying details, undertakings to register mortgages, foreclosures, judicial orders, requests to transfer rights, etc.  At this stage, the database includes some of the property managed by the Authority and does not include information regarding properties in the agricultural sector, such as:  estates, cultivated areas, squares and auxiliary farms, as well as properties in Judea and Samaria.  Information about the other properties will be posted in stages in the future.

For whom is the service intended?

Any person is eligible to submit a request to receive a printout of information regarding properties that he owns or that is owned by others, as is relevant.

Cost of the Service

Processing of the requests involves a charge of NIS 14.  Payment may be made by credit card only, when the request is submitted.

Method of submitting the request

The request must be submitted through the Personal Area – My ILA.

For a property in which the applicant has rights:

• Enter the personal or representative area, as is relevant.
• Click on properties
• Select the requested property
• Click on Information about the Property

For a property in which the applicant does not have rights:

• Enter the Personal Area
• Click on inquiries
• Click on New Inquiry
• Select Other Properties
• Select Property Information Page

• Regarding a property registered in the Land Registry Office (Tabu) – Contact the Land Registry Office directly to receive a registration extract.
• Regarding a property also managed by a mortgage company or occupancy entity – Contact the party managing the property.
