Request for a refund due to a double or erroneous credit card charge

This service allows the submission of a request for a refund of a charge made in duplicate or by mistake on a credit card.

Court users may pay by credit card.
If an error or duplicate charge is identified, this form should be completed.

A credit card statement showing the duplicate or erroneous charge must be attached to the form.

The form must be completed, along with the credit card statement, and submitted to the treasury of the court where the case is being handled.

The request cannot be submitted through the Net HaMishpat website.
