How to report
Enter the small business abridged report on the tax authorities' website, identify yourself and complete the report online.
The report includes the following information:
- Annual turnover (mandatory field) - we will consider a reduction of 30% of your annual turnover as an expense.
- Deduction on source other than on wages (optional field) - if business customers have withheld tax from payments they owed you and paid it directly to the tax authorities (tax withholding), you must enter the amount of tax withheld in the appropriate field and attach the appropriate documents.
- Pension fund allocation for self-employed (optional field):
- The amount of tax you must pay will be determined based on your report and tax coordination.
- In addition, a small business with this income as its only revenue, will benefit from a 35% tax credit pension fund allocation, up to a maximum of 5% of the taxable income.
How is the payment made
- Confirmation of the report will be displayed in the personal area and will include:
- Transaction sales data.
- Taxable income.
- Tax rate as determined in tax coordination.
- Tax payable.
All are according to the system's calculation.
- If a tax discrepancy arises, it must be settled via the online payment system on the tax authorities' website. You can either switch directly from the small business declaration system to the payment system, or enter it later and make the payment.
- If a refund is generated, the system will transfer it to the bank account updated in the Tax Administration's systems. If there are no bank account details updated in the tax authorities' systems, the small business declaration system will direct customers directly to the bank account details update screen.
When to file the report
The deadline for submitting the report is March 31 of the following year.
For the purpose of reporting and payment for the year 2025 only, an extension was given until 31.8.2026 for all businesses in this type of file.
