Request a check-up due to a deterioration in health of victims of scalp ringworm treatment
If you have been recognized as a victim of scalp ringworm treatment, you can use this service to request a check-up due to a deterioration in your health.
Who can apply
- Persons legally recognized as victims of scalp ringworm treatment who have experienced a deterioration in health.
- At least 180 days must have passed since you last attended a medical committee.
Who can't apply
- Applicants not recognized by a specialist committee.
- Applicants, legally recognized as 100% disabled.
What you need
Medical documents indicating a deterioration in health as a result of diseases included in the law and that have not been considered by the previous medical committees.
The service is free of charge.
How to apply
- Enter the online application form (Heb).
- Fill out the form.
- Attach any relevant medical documents and submit the form online.

The application form is provided in Hebrew. We suggest getting help from a Hebrew speaker if you do not speak the language.
