Application for recognition of the realization of deposit funds under the Discharged Soldiers Law
This service helps training institutions gain recognition from the Vocational Training Division, run programs, and use deposit funds under the Discharged Soldiers Law while ensuring compliance and skill development.
Before we begin
On October 31, 2024, Government Resolution No. 2286 was adopted to streamline government operations in the field of employment, enhance services for job seekers and employers, and transfer responsibilities between ministries. The resolution specifies that, to improve employment opportunities for discharged soldiers, all matters related to the recognition of training institutions must comply with the procedures and guidelines set by the Ministry of Labor.
Who can apply for recognition?
- Training institutions interested in obtaining recognition from the Vocational Training Division for vocational training programs and the utilization of deposit funds under the Law for Discharged Soldiers, as outlined in the Procedure for Recognition of Training Institutions Conducting Training for the Realization of Deposits, may apply.
- To be eligible, training institutions must meet the required conditions set by the Vocational Training Division, as detailed in the Procedure and Criteria for Recognition of Vocational Business Training Institutions..

How to submit an application for recognition
- To complete the form, identification through the national identification system is required (via a smart card or password).
- The institution must fill out the "Submitting an Application for Institution Recognition form online attach the required documents, and submit the application.

Instructions for Issuing Payment Vouchers
- The soldiers' deposits will be redeemed exclusively through a voucher - example of a payment voucher..
- The training institution’s name and address, as listed in the certificate of recognition granted to the institution, will be printed on the voucher.
- Each payment voucher issued to learners will indicate only one vocational training program.
- Learners must present the payment voucher, which includes the 8-digit course code (as shown on the certificate issued to the training institution for that year), at the postal bank.
