Submitting an Appeal application (Form 7013)
A service that allows who want to appeal on the assessment of the real estate tax or purchase tax, exercise the right to submit an Appeal when the applicant disputes the tax assessment issued to him.
Who can appeal?
The application may only be submitted by those who disagree with the assessor's decision in the Appreciation tax or purchase tax that was issued to him.
The Appeal can be submitted by the applicant himself or through the representative lawyer.
The service is provided free of charge
How to appeal?
The application will be submitted on a designated Appeal form – Form 7013.
The Appeal can be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the tax assessment, unless the applicant has previously received the approval of the head of the regional office to extend the deadline for submission.
A power of attorney of the applicant must be attached in case the application is submitted by the lawyer representing him.
All the details that appear on the Appeal form must be filled, including the estimated tax amount.
The reasons for the Appeal can also be attached in an accompanying document to the application, along with references supporting the claims.
There is an obligation to pay the tax amount assessed by the applicant.
It is important to fill in contact information with the applicant or his representative.
What happens next?
Upon receipt of the application form at the tax authorities, it will be checked for its correctness and then forwarded to the examining body.
The examination of the application form will take up to 5 business days.
