Opening and Managing Proceedings before the Central Elections Committee Chairpersons
This service enables users to open proceedings online before the Central Elections Committee chairpersons, to review them, and to submit documents.
In order to make the legal proceedings before the chairmen of the Election Committee accessible to the parties, the Election Committee established an online system to manage the proceedings. The system allows opening procedures, reviewing them, and submitting documents.

Who may use the system?
Anyone interested in submitting a petition to the Central Elections Committee chairpersons.
Parties to the proceedings or their representatives.
How to use the system:
- Connect to the system through the National Identification System.
- Upon accessing the system for the first time:
- a. Enter your contact information.
- b. Ensure that the contact information is correct, as this is what the Committee will use to contact you and to send their decision.
- After connecting, you can view and perform operations on procedures to which you are a party or representative and to open new proceedings.
- Opening a new proceeding is done by pressing the button which opens the Wizard, which includes 3 steps:
- a. Defining the nature of the procedure
- b. Adding parties to the proceeding
- c. Uploading the petition or request
- It is also possible to view existing proceedings and to submit relevant documents, by pressing the designated button, uploading the document, and entering the required details.
Legal firms
- It is necessary to initially register the firm in the system, so that it can be defined as a representative in the proceeding.
- Registration is done from the home page of the system.
- After the initial registration, the authorized bodies in the firm can manage the list of persons allowed access on behalf of the firm through the system.

Updates to proceedings
After opening a proceeding through the system:
- The parties can review the proceeding at any time.
- The parties will receive automatic updates by email regarding any progress and any decisions made.
