This service enables the submission of an inquiry to the Unit for Public Inquiries and Complaints at the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration
The Unit for Public Inquiries and Complaints at the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration serves as an address for new immigrants ("Olim Hadashim"); and for returning residents, who are interested in receiving information about rights and about inquiries on every topic related to the operations of the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration.
In order to enable a speedy processing of your inquiry, please take care to fill in the following details:
- Write your personal details: first name and family name.
- Write your ID Card (Te'udat Zehut) number.
- Write your full address, including the zip code.
Your answer will be sent to your updated address at the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration.
If the inquiry is sent in the name of the New Immigrant ("Oleh") or a returning resident, one should enclose a power of attorney.
