Welcome to the Unit for Public Inquiries and Complaints information page of the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration.
We are prepared to provide a response regarding all subjects related to the activities of the Ministry, within our authority and the authority of the ministry.
The Unit for Public Inquiries and Complaints at the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration serves as an address for new immigrants ("Olim Hadashim"); and for returning residents, who are interested in receiving information about rights and about inquiries on every topic related to the operations of the Ministry of Aliyah and Integration.
We attribute vital importance to each and every applicant and inquiry, and will provide maximal information to assist them in understanding the options and procedures that are available to them.
The Public Inquiries Unit will do everything in its power to provide a professional, courteous and rapid response to all applicants.
One can turn to us about any subject within the authority of the ministry, through various channels, to submit a question, a request, or a complaint.
