This service allows one to order and receive a permanent driver’s license within 24 hours.
Who can submit an application
- Following the renewal of the driver’s license
- Following the submission of an application to issue a duplicate driver’s license
Ordering the license
Enter the expedited license website and select the collection site:

There is a production every Sunday-Thursday.
Any express license ordered according to the procedure will be delivered the next day by 4:00 PM
Collecting the license
- Collect the license the next day and only after having received notice confirming the issuing.
- A license is delivered upon presentation of the text, ID or license of a license holder.

According to Regulation 9 of the Transportation Regulations, one can drive in Israel without carrying a driver’s license and vehicle license when driving.
It is, however, mandatory to carry an official ID of the State of Israel (ID card or passport), an insurance certificate and appendices to the driver's license.
